Enterprise Commerce Platform

The wireframe examples shown here represent the documentation I was responsible for as a Technology Creative Manager at eBay Enterprise.

I would work closely with the client and our internal team (consisting of Business Analysts, Project Managers and Lead Developers) to identify and introduce any feature revisions necessary to meet the client’s business objectives. All wireframes were created using OmniGraffle.

This process was done to support the Enterprise Commerce Platform for clients such as Christopher & Banks, Stein Mart & Timberland.

Commerce Marketing Platform

For eBay Enterprise, I worked extensively on a new product that is part of their Commerce Marketing Platform.

The example shown represents the Message Designer portion of the Email Marketing  tool. All UX work was done using Axure (an interactive prototyping tool) as opposed to flat wireframes.

The use of Axure gave the UX team an opportunity to thoroughly test solutions prior to presenting them to the development team and other stakeholders.

During my time as the Web Art Director for Merion Matters, one of my first responsibilities was to work closely with the development team to create a more compelling and flexible presentation of content for their editorial sites.

The 3 column grid system allowed for the easy addition and subtraction of content areas. CSS was leveraged extensively to improve page load times and overall design flexibility.
